Golf Course:
The Brabazon Course at The
De Vere Belfry
Legendary in the world of
golf, the Brabazon has
tested many of the games
greats and is regarded
throughout the world as a
great championship course
with some of the most
demanding holes in golf.
Having hosted the Ryder Cup
an unprecedented four times,
it is a course that every
golfer aspires to play.
This demanding parkland
course presents many
different challenges. Off
the Championship tees, it
measures over 7100 yards,
but along with that comes
some narrow fairways, plenty
of strategically placed
bunkers, lots of water and
very quick greens.
Many golfers associate the
Brabazon with two of the
most famous and recognisable
holes in the world, the 10th
and 18th. The 10th is a
testing 311-yard par four
which requires the utmost
accuracy while the 18th is a
monster 473-yard par four.
